Portraits, lifestyle and graduation sessions share the packages below. Weddings, events and concerts are priced individually — request your date and DM for a quote. Every session includes all RAW images.

Portraits: Studio rental is excluded. Please arrange your own studio or location.

Lifestyle & graduations: Provide your location, or ask KayDee for suggestions.

Request your preferred date without a listed price. DM KayDee with your location, timing and coverage needs for a tailored quote. The date is secured only after confirmation and the agreed deposit.

How are event, wedding and concert prices decided?

Your quote depends on the occasion, location, coverage time and what you need photographed. Request your date, then DM KayDee to discuss the details.

Are portrait, lifestyle and graduation packages different?

They use the same listed rates. Choose a solo session or the friends and group package. Portrait packages exclude studio rental; please provide your studio or location. For lifestyle and graduations, you can provide a location or ask for suggestions.

Does requesting a date confirm my booking?

No. KayDee reviews the date request and agrees on the time, location, price and deposit with you before confirming.

What if I haven’t heard back?

If you haven’t received a response within 30 minutes, DM KayDee with your booking reference.

Additional people: +$30 per person Extra edited photos: $7 per photo Next-day edits: +$35

Payment & booking

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Accepted payments: Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay. A travel fee may apply depending on the location. Payments are arranged directly with KayDee; no payment is collected through this website.

Arriving late

Every 15 minutes late incurs a $25 fee. Arriving 30 minutes late may result in cancellation.

After your photoshoot

Every client receives all RAW images. Send the file names of the photos you would like edited within 48 hours of receiving your RAW images. Edit selections submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted. Edited photos are delivered within 1–3 days after your selection is received. Please save your RAW images: the delivery link remains available for 5 days after the photos are sent. If you are not happy with your edits, let us know so we can discuss adjustments. Your satisfaction matters to us.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed once, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice requires a new deposit or may result in cancellation. If you reschedule, let KayDee know your preferred new date and time within 7 days. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled. All rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
